Vaughn Plumbing & HVAC came to my house and replaced my furnace as I was informed by another company that it wouldn’t make it thru this winter. Mike evaluated the system and personally completed the job along with his employee Sam and they were both extremely efficient, knowledgeable, replaced the system in a timely manner, and the price was beyond great for the excellent work he provided. I also loved that they took care of my home by placing floor coverings in their work area and once done they left the work area exceptionally clean. Mike and Sam answered any questions I had and once the system was installed Mike explained the functions and was open to us calling him if we had any questions.
