Water heater started to leak on a Thursday night so I was stressing. My finance was able to get a hold of them very early and they kept in communication with us. Gave us a breakdown after seeing the picture of the current water heater of what they will need to do. They gave us a fair market price. We called  A LOT of places. Most gave us crazy quotes. Vaughn plumbing and heating are very respectful and don't milk you for for every penny. The owner was very accommodating and made sure everything would work out. I had a great experience with Vaughn Plumbing when replacing my faulty tank-based water heater with a new tankless unit. Angelo Cabral and his associate were highly professional, did an excellent job with the installation, and thoroughly explained the details afterward. We found ourselves in a bit of an unexpected plumbing “emergency” late on a Friday afternoon. Upon calling Vaughn they picked up immediately and were very responsive via phone & text to get the details needed about the situation.

They were able to schedule us first thing the next morning & we had Sam show up who was very professional, respectful to our house/pets/family and really great to work with.

I called Vaughn Plumbing based on all of the positive reviews I read and I was not disappointed. Due to the recent frigid temperatures, one of my drain pipes froze and it was affecting my furnace. Mike took my call and was able to get a crew (Angelo and Brian) to my home the same day. They were absolutely phenomenal! They brainstormed a solution to what was a tough plumbing issue caused by another company's installation. Even though it took a couple of tries, they took pride in their work and made sure I was satisfied. They solved the problem, restored my heating, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Mike was such a great help. We had a shower leak that went into the basement ceiling and carpeted floor. He identified and fixed the day after I called, mind you a Friday before he had big weekend plans. Will be recommending him to everyone I hear who needs plumbing or HVAC work. Mike and his team (Sam and Derek) did an exceptional job installing our 4 zone mini split AC/heating system. Would recommend them highly. The work comes with great attention to detail and a high level of expertise. If you want something done right then you should call Mike. Everyone on the team was courteous of our space and left a clean house when they were finished. When an unexpected complication arose with our electrical system, Mike handled it professionally and very fairly. He is honest, stands by his word, and does great work. This is the 2nd time I have used Mike Vaughn Plumbing. Both times they were on time, informative and very neat. Sam came the 2nd time and did a great job getting my hot water fixed in the kitchen sink! He had  a wealth of knowledge and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Had an emergency plumbing situation and Vaughn plumbing was amazing! They came out quickly on a Saturday. Checked everything out, answered all my questions and were able to fix everything the very same day. Kept everything clean and were very professional. Vaughn Plumbing & HVAC came to my house and replaced my furnace as I was informed by another company that it wouldn't make it thru this winter. Mike evaluated the system and personally completed the job along with his employee Sam and they were both extremely efficient, knowledgeable, replaced the system in a timely manner, and the price was beyond great for the excellent work he provided. I also loved that they took care of my home by placing floor coverings in their work area and once done they left the work area exceptionally clean. Mike and Sam answered any questions I had and once the system was installed Mike explained the functions and was open to us calling him if we had any questions. Mike came out this morning to replace a water heater that began leaking just last evening. He was responsive even after normal business hours and everything was lined up before we even had a chance to worry. Excellent service and professionalism. Mike and Sam were amazing and very reasonably priced.  Their motto is "Exceeding Standards" and it's an understatement.  Besides standard plumbing methods they also use modern technologies like crimp fittings.  Their response time is fantastic and they repaired a leak in our baseboard hydronic heating system in record time.  I'll never call another plumber.  These are my go-to guys forever.

We needed a new furnace and hot water heater. Mike did an excellent job. He made recommendations based on what we needed rather than what would cost the most.  He worked quickly so we were not without heat for very long. The install was perfect and the cost was very reasonable. Mike is a professional and you can see he takes pride in his work. I was nervous when my heating tank was broken. I called several companies and one company came, gave me a quotation, and left...even forgot to turn off the water valves they turned on and left me with more mess. I then contacted Mike. Mike and his partner Sam are really patient and extremely responsive. They managed their schedule on the next day. They are very friendly, professional, and efficient. Mike answered right away and is extremely responsive. Within half an hour of my first call they stopped by to take a look at the issues and setup an appointment for the work. Both Mike and Sam were friendly and professional, fixing my water heater and washer dryer hookups quickly.

My grandmother had two larger hvac companies come look at her ac and got the runaround. I called Mike and he answered immediately and reached out to her within minutes. The next day he was there and within 2 1/2 hours the ac was fixed and running great. Vaughn Plumbing & HVAC answered my emergency call for no heat and came out right away. They were extremely professional and knew what was wrong right away. The part that was needed was specific to my system and they searched places to find the part in stock. They went got the part and put it in right away.
